  I’m a contractor that was looking for equipment to rent. Man behind the desk was really rude. As I was asking questions he would not look at me but continued to look at his computer screen seeming to be completely uninterested in what I had to say. Had a very undermining tone in his voice. After a few minutes I just walked the store to Northern Tools and just purchased what I needed. I feel like I was treated like this because the color of my skin, hopefully I’m wrong. Regardless I will not be going back to this location. Yorktown location has treated me a lot better.
