It was a complicated job in the heat and he took his time, was very professional, and was very careful to put everything back correctly. He also helped me confirm this was the problem before proceeding with the job. I used them a couple of years before and I had the same excellent experience - they helped solve the problem without actually replacing the locks. Highly recommend them.
